Summer Skills Series
This summer, take your training to the next level with our Summer Skills Series: a group of focused workshops designed to strengthen skills across performance and production.
Each four-week course meets once per week and targets a specific area such as dance, acting, stagecraft, or technical theatre. Students build skills progressively, exploring a different facet of the discipline each week.
Sign up once and attend all four sessions.
Unlike Shine’s audition workshops (exclusive to Academy members), the Summer Skills Series is technique-focused and open to all students.
Because growth doesn’t take the summer off.

We want to help you have a competitive audition
We offer an audition workshop for every show on our season. This is a fabulous opportunity to get specialized training from the director on what they are looking for in the audition. Audition workshops are a part of The Academy at Shine and are exclusively for members.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Academy Members can register for upcoming workshops at any time.
2. Non-members can register for The Academy to gain access.
3. If you're only interested in the Audition Workshop, register for the Month-to-month Academy commitment within the 30 days before the workshop, enjoy classes for an entire month, and register for the workshop.
Be sure to email info@shineplano.com to cancel your Academy membership before you are charged for your second month if you decide not to continue.
