1. ENROLL

Choose a time and book that slot on the calendar below. Pay for your first lesson to secure your time slot. This time will be reserved for you weekly.

2. LESSON CHARGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You will be required to keep a card on file. You will be charged up to 24 hours before or after the lesson. We require 48-hour notice to cancel a lesson and students will be charged for lessons canceled after that time. Be sure to read our studio policies at the bottom of this page.

3. SEE YOU AT SHINE!

Please arrive in the lobby 5 minutes before your lesson time. Your instructor will meet you there.

Why Take Private Lessons?

One-on-one instruction and attention from a seasoned coach is the fastest way to grow and excel in any skill set. Our casting teams notice that the students who have weekly training in classes and lessons give the best auditions.

Attendance: 

By booking a lesson, your child is committed to attending 75% of the time. If they cannot attend a scheduled lesson and pick up a different time that week, it will still count towards their attendance. (See “One Time Lessons” below for instructions on adding a lesson.) However, if 25% of your lessons are missed without rescheduling, the time will be forfeited.

Commitment: 

Weekly students are committing to attending weekly lessons. If a student takes less than 3 lessons per month, their standing lesson time will be forfeited.

Cancellation: 

We understand that conflicts arise. You can cancel or reschedule a lesson with a 48-hour notice. If a lesson is canceled within 48 hours without rescheduling, you will be charged the full fee for the lesson.

One Time Lessons:

The lesson times listed on our website are for weekly, ongoing instruction. Other students are welcome to take one time lessons any time those lessons are canceled. When they release their lesson for the week we will send a message on our text thread to let other students know that they are available. To subscribe to our text thread for private lessons please text @shineplano to 81010. This is a fantastic opportunity to prep for upcoming auditions!

Lesson Details Summary:

Cost: $70 per hour

Frequency: Once per week

Cancellation Window: 48 hours

Discontinuation: Lessons continue on a weekly basis until you decide to stop.  If you wish to discontinue, please email us, and we will release your weekly timeslot to another student.
